KVKK Disclosure

1. Data controller

This notice is prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). It applies to Scorelex website and iOS/Android mobile applications.

Scorelex processes personal data as data controller under Article 3 of KVKK.

2. Categories of personal data

• Identity and contact: email address and account details.
• Transaction and technical: session data, IP address, device data, device model, app version, OS, crash and performance logs.
• Preference data: theme, language, and notification preferences.
• Notification data: push token used only for score alerts and match reminders.
• Advertising data: advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) only where explicit consent is required and obtained.

3. Processing purposes

Personal data is processed for service delivery, account and session security, legal compliance, service quality and performance improvement, technical support, notification delivery, and advertising operations where explicit consent applies.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on the legal grounds listed in KVKK Article 5, including contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where required.

5. Data transfers

Data may be transferred under KVKK Articles 8 and 9, limited to processing purposes, to infrastructure, cloud hosting, analytics/crash, notification providers, and competent public authorities where legally required.

Where technical infrastructure requires international transfer, contractual and technical safeguards are applied.

Personal data is not sold.

6. Collection methods and retention

Data is collected directly from users and automatically through website/mobile app usage, account flows, notification settings, cookies, and similar technologies.

Data is retained only for legal periods and operational necessity; when purpose ends, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Data subject rights under KVKK Article 11

• Learn whether personal data is processed
• Request information if processed
• Learn processing purpose and whether used accordingly
• Know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7
• Request notification of correction/deletion/destruction to transferred third parties
• Object to adverse outcomes from automated analysis
• Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

8. Application and complaint

Requests can be submitted to [email protected] in accordance with applicable request procedures.

Applications are finalized within 30 days.

If rejected, unanswered, or considered insufficient, data subjects may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Article 14.

9. Security

Appropriate technical and administrative measures are implemented under KVKK Article 12 to protect personal data.
